Last June, the glass roof on my Lincoln MKT broke while we were in Franklin, Tennessee, and we later drove back to Canada. Because the model is discontinued, finding replacement parts in both the U.S. and Canada was extremely difficult. Todd went above and beyond to help. He connected us with their partner, Sunroof Express, and helped coordinate the search for parts across North America. They even located a repair shop in Great Falls, Montana—the closest city to Edmonton—so we could drive there more easily. Todd also contacted an automotive glass manufacturer to see if new parts could be produced, though unfortunately they had discontinued them. Thanks to Todd’s persistence and Sunroof Express’s efforts, they eventually found a replacement assembly. On February 27, we drove to Great Falls and finally had the sunroof replaced. I’m very grateful for Todd’s dedication and support throughout this process. Highly recommend this State Farm team."
